The facility has a variety of rooms in the two storey complex from smaller board room styles for meetings to larger areas for seminars, exercise, craft and hobby groups, youth activities and party style functions. The downstairs hall can be divided into two spaces.

The Dandenong Room has a meeting style capacity (tables and chairs) of 40 people, or a theatre/standing capacity up of 70 people.
The Endeavour Room has a meeting style capacity of 40 people, or a theatre/standing style capacity of 50 people.
These rooms can be hired together (The Hall) for a combined meeting style capacity of 80 people, or a theatre/standing style capacity of 120 people.
The Bounty Room has a meeting style set up of 16 people, or a theatre/standing style set up of 20 people.
The Horizon Room has a meeting style capacity (tables and chairs) of 20 people, or a theatre/standing style capacity of 30 people.
The Oldfield Room has a meeting style capacity of 20 people, or a theatre/standing capacity up of 30 people.
The Arrabri Room has a meeting style capacity of 14 people, or a theatre/standing capacity up of 18 people.
Please note these are indicative capacities only. The figures are conservative to allow for circulation space.
Actual numbers possible will depend on the room configuration and groups preferences.
Downstairs:
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, hot water boiler, cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs, cups and saucers.
Toilets - male, female, disabled and baby change facilities.
Upstairs:
Kitchenette - small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hot water boiler, cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs.
